These terms govern your use of our services. By engaging MN Commercial Kitchens Ltd you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend them at any time.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. Quotations are based on information provided by the client at the time of survey.
A deposit is required before any project commences. Full payment terms will be outlined in your proposal. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Installations are carried out by qualified engineers. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate site access and all required planning consents are in place prior to works.
Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion, subject to correct use and maintenance.
MN Commercial Kitchens Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
